- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
- Pat fish dry and season lightly.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle fish with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Press fish into crumb mixture until coated.
- Place on baking sheet and drizzle lightly with oil.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and flaky.
Notes
Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness. Do not overbake.
