- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Slice bagels in half horizontally. For a crispier base, lightly toast the cut sides.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on each bagel half. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni (if using), Parmesan, and a pinch of oregano.
- Place bagels in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and bagel edges are crisp.
- Carefully remove with tongs. Let cool for 1-2 minutes, garnish as desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Use low-moisture mozzarella for optimal melting. Customize with your favorite pizza toppings.
