Crispy homemade pizza rolls filled with cheese and pepperoni, cooked perfectly in the air fryer.

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.75 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Filling
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Rolling Pin
  • Knife or pizza cutter
  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Prepare dough and allow to rise until doubled in size.
  2. Roll dough out and cut into squares.
  3. Fill each square with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
  4. Seal edges tightly and lightly spray with oil.
  5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway.

Notes

Freeze uncooked rolls for later and air fry directly from frozen.
