  • 1 lb button mushrooms cleaned, stems trimmed
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges optional
Optional Dipping Sauce
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim stems if needed.
  3. Toss mushrooms with olive oil in a medium bowl.
  4. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over mushrooms. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Optional: Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and lemon juice for dipping sauce.
  8. Garnish mushrooms with fresh parsley, add lemon wedges, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Do not overcrowd air fryer basket.
