Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim stems if needed.
- Toss mushrooms with olive oil in a medium bowl.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over mushrooms. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Optional: Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and lemon juice for dipping sauce.
- Garnish mushrooms with fresh parsley, add lemon wedges, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Do not overcrowd air fryer basket.
