Ingredients
  

Rice Paper Rolls
  • 10 sheets rice paper wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 cup cooked protein optional
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Mix vegetables, protein, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  3. Soften rice paper briefly in warm water.
  4. Fill, roll tightly, and brush lightly with oil.
  5. Air fry 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp.

Notes

Best served fresh and hot with dipping sauce.
