Ingredients
  

Spicy Chicken
  • 2 pieces boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
Spicy Mayo
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp honey

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices in a shallow bowl.
  3. Coat chicken evenly in flour mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Air fry chicken for 18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Mix spicy mayo ingredients.
  7. Assemble sandwich and serve hot.
