Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks 1–1½ inches thick
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Remove steaks from refrigerator and allow to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Pat steaks dry, rub with olive oil, and season evenly.
  4. Place steaks in air fryer basket and cook, flipping halfway.
  5. Mix butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  6. Remove steaks, rest 5 minutes, and top with garlic butter before serving.
