Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and season evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and oregano.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add butter and garlic; cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in broth and lemon juice, scraping browned bits.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and simmer covered until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
