  • 2 ripe avocados diced
  • 2 ripe mangoes cubed
  • 0.25 red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro chopped
Lime Dressing
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Dice avocados and mangoes into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Slice red onion and chop cilantro.
  3. Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine mango, avocado, onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently.
  6. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

Best served fresh. Add avocado just before serving to prevent browning.
