- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a small baking dish with olive oil.
- Place feta in the center of the dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, oregano, and chili flakes around the feta.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until feta softens.
- Crack eggs around the feta without breaking yolks.
- Return to oven and bake 8–10 minutes until egg whites set.
- Season with pepper, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
