- Cook rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
- Toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly golden.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Divide rice into bowls and top with cooked chicken and veggies.
- Drizzle bang bang sauce over bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
