- Brown ground beef in skillet and drain grease.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.

- Fill tortillas with beef mixture and cheese; roll tightly.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry chimichangas until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with toppings.
