- Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar until foamy.
- Mix flour, salt, yeast mixture, butter, and egg to form dough.
- Knead until smooth and let rise until doubled.
- Roll dough into rectangle and spread butter, sugar, cinnamon, and Biscoff.
- Roll, slice, and arrange in baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
For overnight rolls, refrigerate after slicing and bake fresh.
