Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package Boursin garlic & herb cheese 5.2 oz
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken in a skillet until golden; remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté mushrooms until browned; add garlic.
  4. Deglaze pan with chicken broth.
  5. Stir in Boursin and cream until smooth.
  6. Return chicken and simmer until cooked through.
