- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add pizza sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir gently to coat biscuits.
- Layer half the biscuit pieces in the baking dish. Top with half the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Add half the pepperoni, bell pepper, olives, and onions.
- Add remaining biscuit pieces, then top with remaining cheeses and toppings.
- Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan and basil/parsley before serving.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end. You can swap toppings to customize this casserole.
