Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve pasta water.
- Brown sausage in skillet until lightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and simmer, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Season with Cajun seasoning and return sausage to pan.
- Add pasta, toss, adjust consistency with pasta water, and serve.
