- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
- Dissolve espresso powder in warm milk and set aside.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Fold in mashed bananas and espresso mixture.
- Gently mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 50–60 minutes.
- Cool, drizzle with caramel, slice, and serve.

For best flavor, use very ripe bananas and high-quality caramel sauce.
