- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in mashed bananas and cooled coffee until smooth.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, drizzle 1/4 cup caramel sauce, then add remaining batter and swirl lightly.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cover with foil if browning too fast.
- Cool 10–15 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.
- Slice and serve with additional caramel drizzle or banana slices.
Notes
Store airtight at room temperature for 3 days or freeze slices for longer storage.
