Ingredients
  

Peppers
  • 10 banana peppers fresh
Cheese Filling
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
Breading
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Prepare banana peppers by slicing lengthwise and removing seeds.
  2. Mix cheeses together and stuff evenly into peppers.
  3. Dredge peppers in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Chill breaded peppers for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat oil and fry peppers until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes
