Cheesy Air Fryer Pizza Bombs

Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Cut dough into 3–4 inch circles using a cutter or knife.
  4. Place mozzarella and mini pepperoni in the center of each circle. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  5. Fold dough over to form a half-moon and pinch edges tightly.
  6. Brush each pizza bomb lightly with olive oil.
  7. Place pizza bombs in air fryer basket, leaving space between each. Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, sprinkle with Parmesan or fresh basil, and serve with marinara sauce.
