Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to ¼ inch thickness.
- Cut dough into 3–4 inch circles using a cutter or knife.
- Place mozzarella and mini pepperoni in the center of each circle. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Fold dough over to form a half-moon and pinch edges tightly.
- Brush each pizza bomb lightly with olive oil.
- Place pizza bombs in air fryer basket, leaving space between each. Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, sprinkle with Parmesan or fresh basil, and serve with marinara sauce.
