  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 3 cups dry pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in a large skillet until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté onion, peppers, and garlic in the same skillet.
  4. Add broth, cream, and pasta. Simmer until pasta is tender.
  5. Return chicken to skillet and stir in cheeses until melted.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
