Ingredients
  

Dough & Filling
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.75 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll dough into rectangle on floured surface.
  3. Spread sauce, add cheese and pepperoni, sprinkle seasonings.
  4. Roll tightly into log and slice into rounds.
  5. Arrange on baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  6. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Avoid overfilling to prevent soggy centers. Best served warm with extra marinara for dipping.
