Ingredients
  

Spinach Dip Filling
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup spinach finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Coating
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1.5 cups Italian breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Mix all spinach dip filling ingredients together until smooth and combined.
  2. Shape mixture into sticks and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  3. Coat sticks in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs (double coat).
  4. Freeze again for 30 minutes.
  5. Fry at 350°F for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Double coating ensures extra crispiness and prevents cheese leakage.
