- Cook egg noodles according to package directions and set aside.
- Sauté seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter until softened and golden.
- Add garlic and cook briefly, then stir in flour.
- Gradually add chicken broth, stirring to form a smooth sauce.
- Add mustard and paprika, return chicken to skillet, and simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until creamy.
- Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Avoid boiling after adding sour cream to maintain a smooth texture.
