Method
- Whisk together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices in a bowl.
- Add chicken thighs and coat thoroughly. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet.
- Arrange chicken on the sheet, slightly overlapping.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
- Broil 2–3 minutes for charred edges if desired.
- Rest briefly, slice thinly, and serve.
