Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup toffee bits
Chocolate Dip
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter for melting

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients, then fold in toffee bits.
  5. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely.
  7. Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  8. Dip cooled cookies into chocolate and let set before serving.

Notes

Allow cookies to cool fully before dipping for best results.
