Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Filling
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1.25 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Chocolate Coating
  • 2 cups chocolate chips dark or milk

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Chill mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. Shape dough into heart shapes and freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate gently until smooth.
  6. Dip frozen hearts into melted chocolate.
  7. Place on parchment and chill until set.
  8. Serve or store until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Use silicone heart molds for perfectly shaped candies.
