Ingredients
  

Banana Chips
  • 3 bananas ripe but firm
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas evenly into thin rounds.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Toss banana slices with melted butter or oil.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and toss gently.
  5. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Banana chips will continue to crisp as they cool.
