Method
- Slice bananas evenly into thin rounds.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss banana slices with melted butter or oil.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and toss gently.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Banana chips will continue to crisp as they cool.
