Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
- Season and cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Slice and set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet, sauté garlic briefly.
- Add cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Toss pasta with sauce, adding pasta water if needed. Top with chicken and serve.
Notes
Best served immediately. Use freshly grated cheese for smooth sauce.
