Ingredients
  

Chocolate Salami Base
  • 200 g plain biscuits roughly crushed
  • 100 g unsalted butter melted
  • 100 g dark chocolate melted
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Crush biscuits into uneven chunks and set aside.
  2. Melt butter and dark chocolate together until smooth.
  3. Stir in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Fold in crushed biscuits until evenly coated.
  5. Shape mixture into a log using parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  7. Roll in powdered sugar, slice, and serve.

Notes

Add nuts or dried fruit for variation.
