Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 packages ramen noodles seasoning packets discarded
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Dressing
  • 0.33 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Break ramen noodles into pieces and toast in a skillet with almonds and sesame seeds until golden.
  2. Let toasted mixture cool completely.
  3. Combine cabbage and green onions in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk together dressing ingredients until smooth.
  5. Add toasted ramen mixture to cabbage.
  6. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
  7. Serve immediately or after resting 10–15 minutes.

Notes

For best crunch, add dressing just before serving.
