Ingredients
  

Overnight Oats Base
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Combine rolled oats, flaxseed, and milk in a bowl or jar.
  2. Stir in Greek yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and add toppings as desired.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and thickness to preference by adding more milk or syrup.
