Ingredients
  

Burger Mixture
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 oz
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Assembly
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • lettuce leaves
  • tomato slices
  • red onion slices

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Grill or skillet
  • Spatula
  • Meat thermometer

Method
 

  1. Combine ground beef, cheddar, bacon, ranch seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Form into 4 patties and create a small indentation in the center of each.
  3. Cook on grill or skillet over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Toast buns lightly.
  5. Assemble burgers with toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overmix the beef to maintain tenderness. Chill patties before cooking for best results.
