Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Crack Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Skillet or grill
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix crack sauce ingredients and refrigerate.
  2. Season ground beef and gently form patties.
  3. Cook patties on hot skillet or grill 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Toast buns and assemble burgers with sauce and toppings.

Notes

Do not overwork the beef for the juiciest burgers.
