- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare baking dish.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stuff with brie, cranberry sauce, and thyme.
- Secure with toothpicks.
- Sear in olive oil with garlic until golden.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Rest before slicing and garnish before serving.
