Ingredients
  

Whipped Feta Base
  • 8 oz feta cheese block style
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Cranberry Topping
  • 1 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 0.25 cup water

Method
 

  1. Combine cranberries, honey, orange zest, and water in a saucepan and simmer until cranberries burst and mixture thickens. Cool completely.
  2. Blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper in a food processor until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Spread whipped feta into a serving bowl or plate, creating swirls.
  4. Top with cooled cranberry mixture and garnish as desired. Serve with crackers or bread.

Notes

Best served slightly chilled or at room temperature. Assemble just before serving for clean layers.
