Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add broth and cream, simmer gently.
- Stir in parmesan until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to skillet and simmer 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Do not boil sauce at high heat to prevent curdling. Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor.
