  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add broth and cream, simmer gently.
  5. Stir in parmesan until sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and simmer 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not boil sauce at high heat to prevent curdling. Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor.
