Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer gently.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and simmer until coated and heated through.
