Method
- Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear steaks in hot olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté briefly.
- Pour in beef broth and cream, then add spices. Simmer until thickened.
- Return steaks to pan and spoon sauce over before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
