Ingredients
  

Pasta Base
  • 12 oz pasta fettuccine or linguine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  4. Add cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Simmer gently.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Return chicken and pasta to skillet. Toss with sauce, adding pasta water as needed.

Notes

Adjust lemon and cream to taste for perfect balance.
