Ingredients
  

Pasta & Chicken
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Pasta pot

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Slice and set aside.
  4. Add butter and garlic to skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in cream, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan. Simmer gently.
  6. Add pasta and reserved water as needed, tossing to coat.
  7. Return chicken to pan, mix well, and garnish before serving.

Notes

Adjust lemon and cream to taste for desired balance.
