- Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with baking powder and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes.
- Increase temperature to 400°F and cook 5–7 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately or toss with sauce.
