Chicken Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings split, tips removed
  • 1 tbsp baking powder aluminum-free
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with baking powder and seasonings until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes.
  6. Increase temperature to 400°F and cook 5–7 minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve immediately or toss with sauce.

Notes

For maximum crispiness, avoid overcrowding and use aluminum-free baking powder.
