Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken cubed
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs beaten
Assembly
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce

Method
 

  1. Bake wonton wrappers over muffin tin to form taco shells until crisp.
  2. Coat chicken in egg then seasoned flour mixture.
  3. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
  4. Mix sauce ingredients until smooth.
  5. Fill wonton shells with chicken, slaw, and sauce. Serve immediately.
