- Prepare slaw by mixing cabbage, carrots, vinegar, sugar, and mayonnaise. Chill.
- Cook garlic and ginger in sesame oil.
- Add chicken and cook until done.
- Stir in sauces and simmer until thickened.
- Fry or bake wonton wrappers into taco shapes until crispy.
- Fill shells with chicken and top with slaw.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
