Method
- Clean and dry mushrooms thoroughly.
- Prepare flour mixture with salt and spices.
- Whisk eggs with milk.
- Season breadcrumbs in separate bowl.
- Coat mushrooms in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 350°F.
- Fry in batches 3–4 minutes until golden.
- Drain and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, double coat mushrooms. Best served immediately.
