Ingredients
  

Tofu Nuggets
  • 14 oz extra-firm tofu pressed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes and cut into cubes.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, herbs, salt, and spices.
  3. Whisk plant milk, olive oil, and cornstarch.
  4. Dip tofu in wet mixture, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Best served fresh; reheat in oven or air fryer for crispiness.
