Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Add milk and cream to the crockpot and whisk together.
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add chocolate chips and stir gently.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract once chocolate is fully melted.
  6. Switch to warm setting and serve with desired toppings.

Notes
