Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread uncooked rice evenly in the dish and pour broth over it.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onion powder, and pepper.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil, fluff rice, and push rice to one side.
- Pour beaten eggs into the empty space and add frozen vegetables.
- Stir everything together, cover, and bake another 10–15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Add cooked protein if desired. Adjust soy sauce to taste.
