Ingredients
  

Chicken Mixture
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Season with Cajun seasoning and paprika.
  6. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
  7. Simmer until thickened. Serve on buns.
