  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Cream Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping
Topping
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently until light and fluffy.
  4. Spread cream mixture evenly over chilled crust.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling and smooth gently.
  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
